Membership Agreement

  • 1. Terms of Use and Security are open to all members of yekderi.com. Services provided on the site are free of charge unless otherwise stated. In the following cases, site administration may block a member's use of the site and reserves its legal rights against any person or persons who engage in the following activities:

    • 1.1. Posting on the site information that is false, irregular, incomplete and misleading, contains statements that do not comply with general morality, and is contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey;

    • 1.2. Copying the site content partially or completely without permission;

    • 1.3. The User is directly responsible for any damages that may arise from the sharing of information and usage rights, such as usernames and passwords, given to or determined by the User, with third parties or organizations (including the use of such information by persons other than the User). Similarly, the User may not use personal information, such as an IP address, email address, or username, belonging to another person on the Internet, nor may the User access or use the private information of other users without permission. The User is deemed to have accepted any and all legal and criminal liability that may arise from such use.

    • 1.4. Using software that would threaten the security of the site, prevent the operation of the site and the software used, performing activities, attempting to perform activities, and obtaining, deleting, or changing information.

  •  2. Responsibilities

    • 2.1. Information about users visiting yekderi.com (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked to provide better service. This information is shared with companies we collaborate with for advertising purposes, etc., to expand and improve content, adhering to privacy policies. The goal here is to enhance the site's user experience and to improve yekderi.com.

    • 2.2. After filling in the required fields for registration and confirming the e-mail address, the yekderi.com user may start using the yekderi.com site by entering his/her e-mail address and password, provided that he/she complies with the terms set forth in this agreement.

    • 2.3. While using the yekderi.com website and services, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Decree Laws and legal regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Code of Obligations, other relevant legislation, and all announcements and notifications published by yekderi.com regarding its services. All legal, criminal, and financial liability arising from use in violation of these notices and laws belongs to the User.

    • 2.4. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations set forth in this agreement or the general rules stated on the yekderi.com website, the User may be blocked from using yekderi.com temporarily or indefinitely and/or their account may be closed by yekderi.com .

    • 2.5. The user may not take any action that prevents or obstructs other users and visitors from using yekderi.com , or install automated programs to overburden/lock servers or databases. The user may not attempt to cheat. In the event of such a behavior, the user accepts that their membership will be terminated and that they accept all legal and criminal liability that may arise from the situation.

    • 2.6. The user cannot delete or remove any notes regarding Copyright, Trademark and any Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works on any material copied or printed from yekderi.com .

    • 2.7. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via modabkfashion.com. Upon termination of membership, the user's access to the site will be revoked. By canceling their membership, the user accepts that this process is irreversible.

    • 2.8. The relationships between site users and each other or third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.

    • 2.9. Different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified in certain areas of the site. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.

    • 2.10. To read the measures we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy on this matter, please read the "Privacy Policy" section.

    • 2.11. The User accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, mobile number information, etc.) used in the purchases made through the site is accurate and that he/she is responsible for any legal and criminal liabilities arising from these.

  • 3. Notification Addresses

    • 3.1. yekderi.com does not request users' email addresses in advance. However, the email address provided by the user to yekderi.com will be deemed the legal email address for all notifications related to this agreement.

    • 3.2. The parties agree that requests made to old e-mail addresses will be valid and deemed to have been made to them unless they notify the other party in writing of changes to their current e-mail addresses within 3 (three) days.

    • 3.3. Any notification sent by yekderi.com using the User's registered e-mail address will be deemed to have reached the User one (1) day after the e-mail is sent by yekderi.com . The User declares, acknowledges, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all of the provisions of this participation agreement and confirm the accuracy of the information they have provided regarding themselves.
