Return and Exchange Conditions
How to handle undelivered shipments sent to Yekderi.com:
CARGOES THAT DID NOT ARRIVE
If your undelivered shipments are returned to us as refunds, the order is immediately canceled. If you have not received your shipment and the shipping company has not contacted you, we can contact us and arrange for your shipment to be reissued. (Your order must not have been processed as a return.)
How to process return shipments arriving at yekderi.com:
RETURN
(Return and exchange period is 14 days)
For shipments marked as returned on your invoice, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the product price you ordered ( 69.99₺ return shipping fee ), and the remaining amount will be refunded according to the payment method you used for your purchase. There are no rights to returns, exchanges, or discount coupons for purchases made from the Accessories, Outlet, and Single Price Categories.
(The shipping fee paid when ordering is not refundable.)
How to process exchange shipments arriving at yekderi.com:
CHANGE
For shipments you wish to exchange, we will issue a gift certificate for the amount of the product received, to be used within one year on our website. If you placed an order without being a member, you must specify this. (This does not apply to registered customers; gift certificates will be issued through the system.)
Your returned products must be shipped with any cargo with cash on delivery.

Depositing the Refund Amount to Your Account;
After the product's compliance with the return conditions is verified, the product price will be refunded within 5 business days, depending on your payment method. Refunds to credit cards will be processed by your bank within 2-6 weeks.
